Our first house

Here are the picture of our house I wanted to record a picture of every room so I could remember it some day. I really do love this house. My favorite room is the baby room.

Touring Boise.
Travis' best friend from high school Mike and his wife Aubrey came to visit so we took them to tour around Boise. We went to the old state penn. I thought it was really cool. We learned some new ideas for decorating Lane's room.


We had a picnic at camels back park and then went down town to the Saturday market were Lane played in the water fountains

We are definitely making this an annual trip it is up close to Lake Cascade 2hours north of boise but without all the crazy campers.

update

So here is a quick update my blog was having problems. Every once in a while we disagree. Lane and I went to Alaska while Travis was in Oklahoma for some more training. Lane was able to ride a train,ride a dog and dress up as a dog. Lane learned a lot of words and how to master the stairs while we were there. We had a great time I miss our family up there and wish they could be closer. After the weddings we lost Michelle as our house guest and have recently gained my sister Allie as our new house guest. She is getting married in march and just came to hang out for a couple of months. We have tried to show her the sites like an awesome camping trip we took to blue lake (I will put pictures of that it is too pretty to pass up), a Drive in movie, a camel in the park and she gave us endless days of help with Lane. We also went wedding dress shopping and are going to a bridal fair this Saturday. So we are going to Alaska in march hopefully I will be able to see all my brothers and sisters. I also just found out that I am pregnant so baby #2 here we come I am due on may 10th. We also just recently went to Washington Travis' brother Bo's family are refugees of hurricane IKE. They had a new baby two days before the storm it was a girl otherwise her name may have been Ike. Travis' parents also came down. so it was fun to see them even in unfortunate circumstances. We forgot our camera so I will post pictures of the 3 cousins later.

Jesus Christ

Last night Travis and I were playing a game. Lane was sitting by us, occasionally climbing on us while we played. It is a game of questions. So it was Trav's turn and his question was who is the most loving person you know. He started to give it a lot of thought. I was of course offended that he didn't just blurt out that he thought I was the most loving person. Then he said "Jesus Christ" to which Lane folded his arms and added amen. He thought we were praying. Then Trav and I just started laughing. It was so sweet. They pay attention more than we think they do.
