Halloween 2009

Lake Tahoe

We went Lake Tahoe in October and just had the best time.
That is our hotel high on the mountain.

We saw this huge full rainbow I couldn't even get it all.

We went to the fish hatchery a popular site here.

It was warm enough to swim so we did it two days in a row we loved this beach.

The first day we were not prepared.

Travis and I took the dinner cruise.

It was a beautiful view of the lake.

We also went to old Virginia city.

And took a train ride.

We passed another train on the ride.

We also went to an animal rescue zoo and this was the playground there.

Kisses

So I was making these yummy, yummy peanut blossoms because I had some kisses in my cupboard I wanted to do something with. Lane wanted to help, I like him to help me in the kitchen and probably trust him more than a 2 year old should be trusted. I gave him the job of unwrapping the kisses while I hurried to mix up the dough. As much as he wanted to be of service I think this was more than he could bare.Because this what I found when I went to put the kisses on the cookies. When I questioned him why did you eat them all he said "mom I just had a little bite k."

Grandma Sandy

We did a lot of traveling this summer and it was a lot of fun this was a trip to see family in Othello this is lane and grandma picking tomatoes. When we got home grandma wrote Lane a letter after I had read it to him a couple of times he wanted to read it to me. so this is what we got on video.

Utah

The kids and I went down to Utah to visit my friend Mary. I forgot my camera so if you want to see the fun we had go here bdnmj.blogspot.com/2009/10/superhero-moms.html. Travis was able to meet up with us at the end of the week and go to my mission reunion. I also got to get together with some of the girls I went to china with, and crash an old roommates wedding reception, so fun. My life has been blessed with great friends.

Youth Temple Trip

The youth in our ward worked hard selling things at an auction so they could go to salt lake.
This is the whole crazy group.

We were able to meet with Elder Ballard he was our bishop's mission President.

Trip to Spokane

This was a trip we took to Spokane one of my roommates from college was getting sealed. It was so neat cause her whole family was there.
