Trip to spokane

So we went to Spokane last week and had a great time. My parents are thinking of moving there so they came to house hunt. We got to see our good friends Mike and Aubrey . They took us to The Onion where we met up with Travis' cousins Jason and Cami we had a great time and it all ended too soon.
Dinner at Villagio's. This is a really cool Italian Place if you go to Spokane. You feel like VIP. It has a cool atmosphere and only about ten tables. Though we did get the table by the bathroom we might just be IP. Regardless it was fun.

Dad and mom couldn't get enough of Lane They were so cute with him and he warmed right up to them.






This is pretty cool play yard stuff I want it in my house or back yard. It is a cool rubbery plastic stuff. It always looks newly painted. Lane was all over it climbing, sliding and following all the big kids around people couldn't believe how old he was and that he was playing so well with the big kids. He loved it and wouldn't have it any other way.
That's my boy.

I have created a play list and such but I can't get it to just play on my site. If anyone can help the would be great. OK Finally I got it. I need to take a computer class it is all foreign to me

My Sweet Baby

I Thought he looked so cute. We had just gotten back from a walk it was about nap time and I know he was tired. I started taking pictures and he was laughing and smiling so I got some good ones of my sweet baby. He is 10 months old in this picture.

Lane figured out how to open my cupboards. Luckily this is all he got into and this is where I found him.

We have this fun place by us called Pojo's is is a Chucky Cheese of sorts. I was dying to go there and take Lane I have the tendency to think he is older than he is. Travis thought we should also bring the neighbor boy Adian so at least SOMEONE could enjoy it. I think when all was said and done I think everyone had fun I even saw Travis smile a little.

Catch

This is how an only child plays catch. He figured this out on his own even the camera did not distract him he was having so much fun. Lane loves balls he likes to throw them too! We applaud him for his efforts now he is starting to throw everything. How do you teach a child it is OK to throw a ball and not a toy !?! Hummmm mixed messages. He also really enjoys video's of himself (who doesn't ) so we just watched this about 5 times with him waving and clapping in all the right spots.

Rockin'

This is Lane's Christmas Present this year. He loves to get on it but most the time he just walks around it and pushes the ear to make the noise.

A new friend

I got this mirror out to hang it on the wall but Lane has enjoyed playing with it so much i just left it on the floor for him.

I want to be like Dad

Here Lane is starting to copy Dad I thought It was so cute them eating together. Lane loves to eat all kinds of fruit nectarines, plums, peaches whatever. Mom loves it when it is bath day!

Trip to Oregon

We took a trip to Oregon last month to see my brother and my roommate from college Annie. Her husband Jake was there too and her sister Lindsey happened to be in town so it was great to see them all

We spent the day with Nic when we first got in Portland and he showed us around the town. Then we went to Eugene. The weather was beautiful and they took us to the coast.
We had a lot of fun it was nice for Travis to get to take his first paid vacation. He was not going to let us stay home. So we thought of a place and took off.

That is lane in his ridiculously cute snow suit. It was a cold day but I put him in it more often than necessary. unfortunately the pictures of my brother are all on my phone and I can't get them off.

Moving On

This is my sweet little baby! I have finally decided to give up on documenting all the things I missed while I was trying to figure this thing out and just move on to the most current. He will just have to forgive me that I am not very good at this or much of anything else but I try. His whole life has been so fun for us as we have filed it in our minds. I crept in while he was sleeping one day and I couldn't resist. He had been sleeping longer than normal so I thought it was worth a shot. It was so cute and he didn't even wake up.
